After the Interlock Device is installed, you will be required to return to Audio Video Innovators every 60 days for the unit to be downloaded and reset, if you do not return with in 65 days the unit will lock out the ignition system and the vehicle will have to be towed to the service center at your expense.

Make an appointment for installation at Audio Video Innovators

  STEP #2      
      Fill out Installation Information Form.  
  STEP #3        
   
Purchase A Money Order or Cashiers Check, it must be completely filled out and signed. Make it out to Darrin Cagle and return it, the Installation Information Form, and this sheet to Audio Video Innovators at the time of your appointment.
  
  STEP #4      
   
Make absolutely sure your Vehicle Is In Proper Working Order are the service center Will Not install the interlock system.
  
  STEP #5      
 

 
Return to Audio Video Innovators for installation. Make sure you have your Money Order, or Cashiers Check, your Installation Information Form, and this Program Instruction Sheet with you. Be prepared to leave your vehicle if needed. As a Participant in this program You Must Be Present to sign The Contract, And Pickup Your Vehicle.
 
 
NOTE: Due to the high number of MIA units, and missing Clients we require a Check made payable to RDC Ent. in the amount of $500.00 as a returnable deposit at the point of installation. This Check will be held in your file, and will be deposited only in the event of nonpayment or failure to return our interlock device.
